We did not know what to expect when we finally decided to replace our outdated home security system. I was very worried about what company to call and how that company would be represented when someone from the company came to see the old system and the layout of my house. I am being very honest when I say I was not too keen on having a stranger looking around my home! Having a large national company send a “sub-contractor” to my door was unsettling to me.  When I opened the door on the morning of our appointment my fears were put to rest. Meeting you for the first time was a pleasure and you were so very professional. When we sat down to talk of our needs and you having the equipment for us to examine at our dining room table was a great help in understanding the system and what the components would look like.  

We want to thank you and your staff for being so very professional. You made commitments to me such as when you would provide a detailed written proposal and estimate. I greatly appreciated the layout of the proposal and the added components we discussed as options. Having such information helped us decide what we could comfortably afford. We were able to easily choose the system and items that we discussed for our specific needs. As we discussed we will soon be adding other components to this system that you have provided in the proposal.

After the decision was made to have the system installed I placed an almost impossible request on you and your staff, which was to have the system installed the following day! You and your staff were able to deliver exactly what you promised. That is what I call Customer Service!

The system works exactly as promised and the ease of use has been a pleasure. It is very comforting knowing that our home is protected with a state of the art system. We are very pleased with our decision and even more pleased with our choice of Santee Security Systems. You can count on us highly recommending Santee Security.

Dear Mark,

I just wanted to take an opportunity to let you know how happy we are with Santee Security and with the security system that was installed at our home.  After having Power Alarm and ADT out to the house and speaking with others on the phone, Walt came out to our home and was the only one who gave my wife and myself the feeling we were dealing with a professional alarm company.  Walt wanted to know why we wanted an alarm and what we wanted to protect, he really seemed to want to do a good job as opposed to just trying to get us to sign a monitoring contract.  We had some concerns about the system and Walt really took the time to listen and it was evident during his proposal that he went out of his way to make sure the system would work for us especially in regards to false alarms and motion detectors.  Walt really gave us a sense that the install would be neat and clean and he did not attempt to up-sell us on stuff we did not need or pressure us in anyway.

We were just as happy with the installers and the job they did.. They did an excellent job and they could not have been nicer.  They kept me informed throughout the install and did a great job answering all my questions.  Their experience was evident in the quality job they did.

At present, we are very happy with our system and would not hesitate to recommend Santee Security in the future.
